I was part of the B2B unit and was responsible for the support section for renewing and improving important flows for our customers. I worked closely with data analysts, project owners and the UX team before every projects started and made sure that every design decision had the right insights, followed the company’s KPI, for both stakeholders and our users.
I also supported with everything from the new landing page to the implementation of various features, purchase flows and campaigns and was involved in building Tele2’s digital design systems and made sure our department was in phase with B2C.
In terms of accessibility, we tried to achieve WCAG 2.0 with a focus on the basics in visual impairments and cognitive impairments.
